The Department of Health (DOH) on Monday reported an increase of 292 in the number of positive cases of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the country, bringing the total to 11,086.
“As of 4PM today, May 11, 20202, the Department of Health reports 292 new cases (PH10795-PH11086) of COVID-19. NCR with additional 162 new cases, Region 7 with additional 74 new cases and 56 new cases from different Regions. The total number of cases in the country is now at 11,086,” said DOH COVID-19 CASE BULLETIN #058.
The DOH also reported an increase by 7 new fatalities, with a total now at 726.
The DOH also announced 75 new recoveries. This brings the total number of recoveries to 1,999./Stacy Ang
